Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing on standard shipping and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping.
Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.
Free USA shipping on all orders over $150usd.
Personalized jewels may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. In the event that you purchase other jewels along with personalized jewels, we will ship items separately.
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Ahava Jewels does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
We hope you love your Ahava Jewels pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be shipped with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. We do not accept refunds to the original form of payment, any return will be credited in the form of store credit for an exchange.
To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15. days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and the site credit issued.
Ahava Jewels reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
