RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Ahava Jewels pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be shipped with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. We do not accept refunds to the original form of payment, any return will be credited in the form of store credit for an exchange.
To request a return, email info@shopahavajewels.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. We will issue a return label and deduct $6 USD from the total return credit amount for return shipping fees.
Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue an online store credit to your customer account for the amount of the item being exchanged minus the shipping fees. This credit can be used immediately to place a new order.
Please allow up to 2-7 business days for the return to be examined, processed and completed.
Ahava Jewels reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
DAMAGED GOODS
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email exchanges@shopahavajewels.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
