Refund policy


We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start an exchange, you can request this by emailing info@shopahavajewels.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Customer must pay for return shipping, we will send you a return label and a flat rate of $10 USD will be deducted from your store credit for the exchange.

Once the return is accepted, return the item within 7 business days. Once the return is processed within 1-2 business days upon delivery, we will issue store credit via email.

*Personalized and custom jewels are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged. This includes personalized initial necklaces.

**We do not accept refunds in the form of original payment nor cancellations.**

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Our policy derives from the inability to confirm the product being exposed to unknown environmental conditions, mishandling by client, exposure to bodily oils, and the handling/shipping by the third-party shipper.
