ORDER CHANGES:
Our team works hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. Therefore, no changes can be made to your order after it has been placed.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your jewels for a refund via store credit within 14 days of receiving the package. There will be a $6 return label charge deducted from the store credit return. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Only full priced items are eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed as store credit, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account inside of shopahavajewels.com in the form of store credit.

Returns
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Ahava Jewels pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be shipped with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. We do not accept refunds to the original form of payment, any return will be credited in the form of store credit for an exchange.
To request a return, email info@shopahavajewels.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. We will issue a return label and deduct $6 USD from the total return credit amount for return shipping fees.
Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue an online store credit to your customer account for the amount of the item being exchanged minus the shipping fees. This credit can be used immediately to place a new order.
Please allow up to 2-7 business days for the return to be examined, processed and completed.
Ahava Jewels reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
DAMAGED GOODS
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email exchanges@shopahavajewels.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
